Our company founded in Sept.1997 in China, is the sole corporation of OCEAN MASTER, INC. It specializes in EXP dive knife, folding knife, hunting knife, culinary knife, tableware knife and craft knife, etc. Human has a long history of using knife, from primitive society ’s stone knife to slave society’s bronze knives, from feudal society’s iron knife to steel knife. Nowadays it developed stainless steel knife. But knives have a disadvantage?sharp knives are easily to rust, non-rusting knives are not sharp. Therefore, we try to use our custom-formulated beta titanium to produce knives .As we all know that beta titanium is the special material for aerial industry. Beta titanium is the hardest metal material in the world and its abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance are much better than any other steel. Beta titanium has high chemical stability and is conversant with human and has already been used as apparatus in human body. Because of the specialty of the aerial industry, at present the market can only supply high levels of hardness, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, but it are without high hardness. So that we custom-formulated beta titanium material used for producing knives based on the standard of titanium to ultra-high hardness levels. With various high hardness and abrasion resistance alloy element, it can enhance the hardness, strength, sharpness, and abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance of Beta titanium. the more important is it keeps its avirulence and affinity with human and the basic hardness HRC52-56 of blade according to different knives. Beta titanium is difficult to process, for this reason we introduce in advanced equipments and craft from USA, Switzerland, German, Taiwan, etc. On the base of assimilating, we design the equipment, perfect and aggrandize the process craft. At present our dive knife, folding knife series have a nice markets in USA, EC, JAPAN and Taiwan.
